Vietnam 5 - Hoi An at night

Hoi An.

This quaint little city had lanterns over the streets which really made it quite beautiful. The city had just suffered from a typhoon which caused major flooding the week before. Just two days before we were there the water level really high. You could see the water damage in stores and on the streets.

There is a Japanese Covered Bridge, Cau Nhat Ban (photos below), in the city what was constructed in the 1590's, the  arched bridge linked the Japanese community to the Chinese quarters.
